You can remove 2FA verification in Admin - Customers. Search by the admin's email.
You can see if the admin has 2FA or not. Admins with 2FA have small green 2FA icon.
Open the admin's card and in the top right corner you clik on "Remove 2FA".
But only administrators with higher role than the user can remove it. For example:
- System Admin (KVIKYMART) - can remove 2FA for anyone
- Primary Admin (Owner) - can remove it for Super Admin and Admin
- Super Admin - can remove it for Admin
- Admin - can't remove anything
