  • All product codes are displayed in one place.
  • The source code (TecDoc, import) and the manufacturer to which the code is linked are also displayed.
  • Codes that are not loaded from TecDoc can be disabled by a switch. The code itself and its link to a source are preserved, just not displayed.
  • The search on the shop supports all enabled codes. After you change your codes, it may take a few minutes to be reflected in the search.
  • Catalog numbers can be imported from multiple suppliers and all displayed in the shop. Whether a catalog number from a supplier’s data is shown depends on the import configuration.
  • Product codes linked to supplier’s data are protected against deletion, just turn them off. It prevents losing the source of the product code.
  • Products related to TecDoc use in its name the first enabled Manufacturer Part Number (MPN).
  • If you manually add another manufacturer’s part number (MPN) or if import adds it, the Manufacturer Part Number from TecDoc is automatically disabled. In this case, it is a “cross-product”.
  • All enabled codes are also displayed in the e-shop if they are implemented on the front end.

If you want to reconfigure some of the imports to import product codes that are not being currently imported, or if you want to display product codes in the shop that are not currently displayed, contact us at info@kvik.shop.
