For your information, we prepared an overview of all adjustments currently under development and overview of the new e-shop functions. It includes platform innovations, individual requests. Individual requests are visible just for your e-shop.

Each request represents a single line/card that contains:

1. Development Stage Indicator (on the example above yellow Solving Now).
2. Name of e-shop for an individual request (on the example above kvikymart.com). Individual requests are visible just for you.
3. Name of request/new function (on the example above Roadmap overview in Admin).
4. If the task includes sub-tasks you can see Indicator of finished sub-tasks (on the example above marked with green color 90%).
5. The number of comments including internal communications (on the example above number 9).
6. Profile photo of the current task solver.

If the subtasks are in 100% state, it doesn't have to mean that the request is complete.
Finishing of the task is displayed by the Development stage indicator.

Sorting of cards to the groups

The cards are sorted into 4 groups according to the stage of development.

The individual cards in the one group state (for example To Solve) are sorted at random. This means that their order doesn't determine the sequence of processing.

In development

  • Contains cards what we are just solving know (stage Solving Now),
  • we will process soon (stage To Solve),
  • are already in check or deployment (stage Internal Review, To Deploy, Staging),
  • to which we are preparing a reply to you (stage Sent to Client),
  • waiting for your reaction (stage Waiting for Reaction).

Done

  • Cards which were finished, adjustments which were deployed on productions.  (stage Done).
  • Your individual cards are also displayed and we will charge them to your next billing. (stage To Invoice).

Following

  • Cards that we plan to process after completing cards that are currently under development (stage Approved).
  • Contains the cards which will be analyzed, charged (individual requests) and ranked to processing. These cards are marked by stage Inbox.

Postponed

  • Cards/Requests which we will not solve in the near future (stage Postponed).

Development Stages

1. Inbox

  • The card/individual request we accepted and the request will be analyzed, possibly to be charged and approved.
  • During this stage, communication, specification and approval are in progress.
  • Once approved, it gets into the next stage Approved and will be implemented when the cards that are currently in development are completed.

2. Postponed

  • The card/individual request that will not be solved in the near future.

3. Approved

  • We decided that the card/individual request we will be implemented. We will be able to implement it by completing the cards that are currently under development. (3. To Solve — 7. Staging).

4. To Solve

  • The card is in the current development cycle. It is already partially solved or is ready to be solved.
  • The card has an assigned solver.

5. Solving Now

  • The card is solving now.

6. Internal Review

  • Before the deploy to production, the solver has to let the check the adjustment by another solver.

7. To Deploy

  • As for the card related to the e-shop code modification, this stage means that the card is ready for deploy to production.

8. Staging

  • The adjustment is deployed on the testing copy of e-shop. On the copy of e-shop we can check the changes on the real productions data before the changes will be deployed for all customers.
  • For example for e-shop re-design or deploy new function we can check finally design or system behavior.

9. Send to Client

  • Soon we will inform you with confirmation or response to the task.
  • This stage can occur in three cases: after the task was finished, in the case of subsequent communication or a question which had to be passed on to developers.

10. Waiting for Reaction

  • The stage when we are waiting for the reaction to the task.
  • The stage can occur if we need to know more information or we are waiting for your feedback.

11. To Invoice

  • The stage for individual requests that we will charge in the next billing.

12. Done

  • The card/request is completely processed.
