If you need to add certain values to the feed as custom labels, you can contact our support team at info@kvik.shop. Up to 5 different custom labels can be added to a single feed. We process custom label settings change as individual requests.

Google has notified us that we are in danger of denying a Google Merchant Center account due to incorrect pricing. How to avoid rejection?
One of the typical aspects of selling auto parts is that there are a lot of price updates and product availability throughout the day. When checking, Google can easily come across a product that has a different price in the feed than it currently has on the website. By optimizing update times, this phenomenon can be reduced, but not solved.
A possible temporary suspension of product price and stock updates can minimize it, as a product out of stock can also change the selected stock.
Based on several consultations of this phenomenon, we came to the conclusion that a possible solution to the Google Merchant Center phenomenon is to turn off the additional price update from the website and leave only the XML feed as a source.
If this solution is not sufficient, we recommend suspending the update of supplier data for the duration of the review. Keep in mind that the XML feed still needs to be regenerated after the scan is stopped.
If you purchase products in foreign currencies, you should also set a fixed exchange rate for that currency.
Customer support will do it for you to completely stop updating products.
