What it solves. It verifies and updates current stock levels and prices from suppliers online, directly during the purchase. It solves cases where the supplier sends you data early in the morning, the customer makes a purchase in the afternoon, but at that time the supplier no longer has the items available. It minimizes cases where it is necessary to contact the customer and resolve the issue of unavailable goods from the supplier. This saves time and costs for e-shop operators. Adding to the cart from multiple suppliers at the same time if the first supplier does not have enough items for the customer to purchase. It solves online availability and distributes the number of items among suppliers according to their maximum available quantity:www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/k8gfaioyt45fgl32kmu0n/agg_add_to_cart__optimised.mp4?rlkey=awu34fegl4hocupp3isnxvsms&e=1&dl=0 How it works. During the purchase process, when adding products to the cart, it checks the online availability of the added products. If, during online verification, it turns out that the supplier no longer has the product available, the e-shop automatically selects another supplier. If the supplier changes the price of the product, the e-shop automatically recalculates the price and informs the customer. During checkout, the availability is checked again online via the suppliers' web service to prevent the ordering of items that are no longer available from suppliers. For clients who use connections to suppliers' web services, this has minimized cases where customers ordered goods that were no longer available from suppliers by approximately 95%. Further information. In the stock overview, you can see both the time of import and the time of the last online update of stock levels and prices via the web service. Product updates via the web service are always stored for 5 minutes, after which the product is verified again when added to the basket or when completing the order, if necessary. This means that online data is refreshed at intervals of no more than 5 minutes during the purchase process. The latest updated availability and price are immediately available to other customers. The connection is designed to prevent supplier servers from becoming overloaded. Some suppliers do not provide the exact number of available items in their web service data or offline import data, but only provide a maximum number. For example, they may send that they have a maximum of 20 items, even though their e-shop shows that they have 95 items. The e-shop can be set so that this maximum means an unlimited number of items. Web services are currently available for more than 12 suppliers, and we are gradually connecting more. Price. The price for implementation and configuration is 12 units one-time for a single supplier's web service. The connection fee is ⅔ of a unit per month. The web service applies to the entire supplier. If you import multiple separate warehouses from a supplier, the price for connecting to the web service is the same for all warehouses of that supplier. Activation procedure. Request activation of the module in Settings → Modules and services. We will send you a list of suppliers whose WS connection is available. You need to contact individual suppliers and request the following from them:WS authorization for your customer account. WS login details and warehouse codes. This varies from supplier to supplier. Entering login details and settingsFor suppliers where you use a connection to a web service, it is advisable to disable "Allow purchase of more items than are available."
