Activate the Ecomail module in the e-shop administration. After activating the module, in Administration → Settings → Ecomail, set the API key and appId, which can be found in the Ecomail Account Management, Integration tab. 3. Set up the domains in the Ecomail administration. Two third-level domains are required to connect to the service and run the service:. Set up and verify the sending domain, which can be found in the Account Settings, Domains tab. The sending domain must be of the form mailing.shopdomain.tld. Set up and verify the tracking domain, which can be found in Account Management, Domains tab. The tracking domain must be of the form track.shopdomain.tld. You don't have to create the contact lists in Ecomail manually, the e-shop creates and synchronises them automatically. The names of the lists are created in the format "shopdomain.tld orders" (for orders) and "shopdomain.tld newsletter" (for newsletters). To synchronize contacts that unsubscribe from the newsletter from Ecomail back to the e-shop, set the "shopdomain.tld newsletter" webhook address in the contact list detail to: https://shopdomain.tld/api/ecomail/webhook/list-subscribe. .

This list contains customers who finished purchase event - in other words the customer arrived to order confirmation page. You can use this contact list to for example, set up an automation that sends a "Thank you for your purchase" e-mail immediately after an order is made, or an e-mail asking for a review a few weeks later.
