You can edit discounts for specific customers directly on the customer tab in admin - Customers - find a specific customer and edit: Alternatively, you can assign this customer (also on his card) to a customer group and create prices directly for this group.

You can create special prices directly for a specific customer group in admin - Settings - Margins. You can also set special margins uniformly for a specific customer group: You can also diversify the settings by brand or product group.

The 2% discount on the entire assortment can be set on the customer detail that belongs to the group and the Discounts tab. Setting discounts is now on the customer detail. However, you need to take into account the amount of the total discount given, because even 2% can be a very high discount for expensive parts, but for cheap parts it is absolutely negligible. In this case, it is preferable to set specific margins where you are in full control of your margins. As a result, this will always be shown to customers on the shop (the new Shopfront) as a discount.
