1. Where do I find a list of e-shop suppliers?. You can find an overview of all suppliers in the administration Settings → Suppliers section. 2. How can I temporarily disable a supplier?. In the default state, the slider by the particular supplier is positioned on the right, marked by a blue highlight. This setting informs us of active product stock from the supplier on the e-shop. If you wish to disable any of your suppliers (short-term), you can do so by clicking on the slider. If the action is successful, the color will change to white, and all supplies from the supplier will be disabled. Even if the supplier is disabled, we still import its data and update the supplies. So once you enable the supplier, there is no need for any technical assistance. Suppliers overview and designation of temporarily deactivated supplier:.

Displaying disabled supply in administration, on product detail, on the Stock tab:.

3. The complete deactivation of supplier. This means that you will no longer use the supplier. (This isn't a temporary disabling) We will delete the supplier and his supplies. This means that:if there are supplies of the supplier in an already created orders, you will lose information about the name of the supplier in the orders. if the product card only has a deactivated supplier supply, the card is disabled and cannot be searched on the e-shop frontend and the supplier supply is deleted. if the card has multiple stocks from different suppliers, the card will remain active and searchable to the frontend of the e-shop and only the deactivated supplier's supply will be deleted. 4. Suppliers statistics . For your overview in the administration, we make it possible to obtain supplier statistics. The overview is available for each supplier separately. Find it in Settings → Suppliers → Settings and statistics → Generate. The available data are: The total number of stocks: This is the total amount of supplies that the supplier provides in its data. The number of stocks assigned to the product: Supplies that the system assigns to either existing product cards or creates a new product card and assigns that supply to it. The number of unassigned stocks:Supplies that the system doesn't assign to product cards. They are available in the system, but you need to manually assign them to the product cards. The number of stocks assigned to products linked to TecDoc:Supplies that were verified on TecDoc, according to at least one of the following data:TecDocArticleNumber TecDocBrandId or TecDocBrandName The number of stocks assigned to products not linked to TecDoc: Supplies that couldn't be verified on TecDoc. The brand is incorrect in the data. The system then doesn't check the part number. The number of stocks assigned to products with verified TecDoc link:Supplies that have been verified on TecDoc by brand and also by part number. The number of stocks assigned to products with incorrect TecDoc link:Supplies that were verified on TecDoc by brand, but NOT by part number.
