Google Tag Manager is a free tool that allows you manage and deploy marketing tags (snippets of code or tracking pixels) on the shop without having to modify the code of the shop.
  • No other marketing tags are needed to implement directly in the shop.
  • Any marketing agency can deploy all needed tags by themselves via Google Tag Manager.

GTM Script Implementation

  • Google Tag Manager <script> is implemented on all shop pages according to Google's documentation.
  • To enable Google Tag Manager's <script>, fill-in GTM-XXXX identifier in the setting in the shop administration. When the GTM identifier is filled in, GTM code is automatically added on the shop.

Anti-Flicker Snippet

  • kvik.shop shop system has integrated also Anti-flicker snippet for Google Tag Manager.
  • It can be optionally enabled in the shop administration and custom timeout can be also set.
  • The default anti-flicker snippet timeout is 4000 ms.
